Rev. Larry Eddings has dedicated more than four decades to supporting pastors, leadership teams, and local congregations across the United States and abroad. He founded Church Management Consultant, Inc. (CMC) in 2011 to provide specialized governance, administrative, and organizational guidance to church leaders.
An ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church International (licensed since June 1980), Rev. Eddings has served the Missouri District in numerous key roles, including six years as Youth President, Chairman of the Evangelism Commission, and 13 years as Director of Home Missions. Under his leadership, the district expanded by launching more than 70 new churches, daughter works, and preaching points—earning him a reputation throughout the region as a leader of exceptional honor, integrity, and character.
In May 2019, Rev. Eddings retired as Bishop from Harvest Ministries after 41 years of faithful service. Today, in addition to leading CMC, he serves alongside Rev. Mark Morgan as Vice President of Global Impact Ministries, Inc. in San Francisco, California, and sits on various church and corporate boards.
Rev. Eddings and his wife, Rebecca, were married in July 1973. They are the proud parents of four children and grandparents to four grandchildren.
