About Us
Rev. Larry Eddings is the President and founder of Church Management Consultant, INC. Through CMC he has been serving Pastors and churches since 2011.
Rev. Larry Eddings retired as Bishop from Harvest Ministries May 2019 after having served the church over 40 years beginning in 1978.
He and his wife, Rebecca, were married in July 1973. They have 4 children and 4 grandchildren.
Rev. Eddings is an ordained minister with the United Pentecostal Church and has been licensed with them since June 16, 1980.
During his time in ministry he has served the Missouri District in various capacities: first as Youth President for six years, chairman of the Evangelism Commission and as the Director of Home Missions for thirteen years. During his tenure of leadership the Missouri District experienced seventy plus churches, daughter works and preaching points started. Throughout the Missouri District he is known as a man of honor, integrity, and character.
Rev. Eddings is currently working with Rev. Mark Morgan and serving as the Vice President of Global Impact Ministries INC. headquartered in San Francisco, Ca.
Rev. Eddings has dedicated his life to helping pastors and churches throughout the United States and in other Nations. He currently serves on multiple church and business boards as well as assisting many churches through the Church Management Consultants ministry.
